Artist Kim T. Richards adds a contemporary twist to the traditional themes of landscape and still life through her use of color and textural paint application. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Kim moved to the San Francisco Bay area soon after completing her BFA at Parsons School of Design in NY. Now residing in Loudoun County, Va, Kim spends her time painting both outdoors and in the studio. In her spare time, she enjoys working in her garden where she grows many of the flowers that appear in her paintings.
