I am always exited to see the waterlilies and lotuses at Carroll Creek Park in Downtown Frederick during the Spring and Summer seasons. The white lotus flower is one of my favorite subjects to paint. The lotus flowers are special, they symbolize purity, resilience and spiritual enlightenment.
